PAYMENT POLICY

Insurance Patients: Our providers participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Below is a list of common insurance plans we accept, but please let us know if you do not see yours on the list and we will look into becoming an in-network provider if possible. Please be aware that with any dental health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

Non-Insurance Patients: We offer a 10% discount for your bill if you pay at the time of your appointment (applies to payments made with cash or a check). Credit Cards are accepted at our office, but we are unable to offer discounts due to additional processing fees.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

You will receive a copy of your bill. After your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with a statement if there's a patient responsibility portion from insurance.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Generally, it takes from 21 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier. If there is any amount leftover on your account after we have received the insurance payment, we will mail you a bill immediately. If you have any questions on the status of your claim, please don't hesitate to reach out to Jericho at the front desk.

I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we'll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.
